  37.   It has nothing to do with being below one's incredible talents. When someone
  38.   post the equivlent question to how do you make a box, I wonder if they
  39.   have a manual to read. Who on this lists went through the tutorials supplied
  40.   with LW and can not make a tube with rounded ends. Were talking at worst
  41.   about a simple lathe process here. I feel for that level answer the
  42.   "RTFM" response is sufficiant. The poster mentioned many third party
  43.   instructional books/tapes eluded to one he was doing but never mentioned
  44.   the manuals. I am a very low end user and trust me I can do what was
  45.   questioned from reading the manuals. Awhile back this type of thing was 
  46.   discussed(due to another pretty easy question) and the general consensus
  47.   was to refer these questions to a page in the manual. This was to prevent
  48.   aiding those that have borrowed LightWave but forget to get the manuals
  49.   in the process. I suppose you'd have no problem with someone asking
  50.   how to make a box also ?  This is not to imply everybody with a simple
  51.   question dosen't have manuals, but if they do and can't be bothered reading
  52.   them we shoulden't have to do their homework. I hade trouble using the
  53.   Cartoon plugin because I could not find the "shader" button. I hit the 
  54.   manuals and found it was under the surface requester box. 
  55.   BTW I see requests to trade ipas routines ect, for copies of LW all
  56.   the time in the 3DS newsgroup. It won't be long before we see "How
  57.   do you assign surfaces" being asked. I'm more than willing to help
  58.   other users and had I had my manual at work would have given the
  59.   page number to do so. However if now the general consensus is 
  60.   help everyone regardless if the answer is available in the LW docs or
  61.   not fine help away......
